  • What are the product condition categories?
    Wholesale donation (direct donation from distributers or stores), Used - New, Used - Like New, Used - Very Good, Used - Good
  • How can I determine the condition of a product?
    Each product lists a condition category. Definitions: • Wholesale Donation: Items donated from distributors or small stores due to overstock, mis shipment, or leftover inventory. The item may be: o In original packaging o In damaged packaging o A display because it never had packaging (e.g., a snowblower) or was assembled for display due to its size (e.g., an exercise bike). • Used - New: New, unused, and undamaged items ideally in original packaging. The box may have no or minimal damage. Note: We examine/test all consumer donations. • Used - Like New: Items in perfect working condition and looks new, with no visible signs of wear; packaging may be included with or without damage or no packaging (e.g., pendant lighting), but with all included parts. • Used - Very Good: Items function properly with minor cosmetic flaws; packaging may be included or repackaged, and some non-essential accessories may be missing. • Used - Good: Items function properly but may show wear from moderate use (such as a hammer or seed spreader, old wheel on a wheelbarrow); packaging may be damaged or repackaged, and some valuable parts may be missing.
  • When do I pick up something I purchased online?
    We'll let you know when your purchase is ready with an email confirmation (or phone call). To pick up a purchase, must show ID or the order number.
  • Do you deliver online purchases?

  • What is the ReStore return policy?
    You can return for store credit in 14 business days with a receipt. No refunds.
